An independent search over public property data for England and Wales. The State publishes a great deal — every sale price since 1995, the official index, who owns what through a company — but as separate downloads from separate bodies in separate formats. This joins them.
It is the fourth in a family of jurisdiction sites, after Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man. It shares their design and their principle: show the source, show the caveat, and show nothing rather than something plausible but wrong.
