Everything here is built from public data. This page names each dataset, who publishes it, what it covers and where to get the original — because the original is always the better copy if you want the whole thing.
Residential sold prices, England and Wales, 1995 to date
Every residential property sale lodged for registration with HM Land Registry since January 1995 — 31,324,023 transactions — indexed by postcode district, town and street. Bulk and portfolio transfers, where the whole consideration is repeated against every title, are detected and excluded from all averages.

Planning applications, London and contributing English authorities
1,735,211 planning applications with their decisions, drawn from the Greater London Authority Planning London Datahub and from individual councils' own open-data publications. England has no national planning applications register; coverage is stated per authority.

Statutory property protections, England and Wales
Listed buildings (379,097), conservation areas (10,662), Article 4 directions (8,005), tree preservation zones (101,726) and scheduled monuments (19,652), each placed against the postcode district it falls in. Areas are matched by testing postcode containment against the published boundary, not by proximity to its centre.

The official mix-adjusted house price index, published monthly by HM Land Registry with the Office for National Statistics.

Why there is no bulk download here
This site does not publish its own copies for bulk download, and rate-limits automated access to its pages. That is not an attempt to enclose open data — every dataset above links to the publisher's own file, which is the canonical copy and always more current than a mirror. What took work here is the joining and the cleaning, not the collecting.
