How complete is this?

It is not a national market view, and it does not pretend to be. Agents are discovered from OpenStreetMap — 6,271 branches across 1,434 domains — and then scraped only where their website publishes a machine-readable feed. Roughly half of agent sites publish nothing structured at all, and several common agency platforms still have no scraper written here.

Nothing is taken from Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket. That is a deliberate constraint, not an oversight: a listing sourced from a portal cannot be trusted to still be the agent's own current position on the property.

Where an agent's robots.txt disallows crawling, they are recorded as declining and not scraped.
